CREATE (one step-at-a-time) Sweatshirt

Every year I choose a 'Word-of-the-Year' - something I want more of, something to ground my energy. The Word-of-the-Year for 2025 is...CREATE!

Wearing this sweatshirt serves as a reminder to make shit. And it doesn't always come quickly or easily - it may take one step at a time. Doesn't matter what it is: dinner, a handmade card, an app, a website, a garden, a t-shirt, doesn't matter. The point is that I am creating something. And bonus if it involves moving my body and being outside.

There's so much research around humans and our innate need/desire to create. We feel better when we do it! Every time I don this sweatshirt, I give that little creative spark just a little more fanning - until it grows and I make!
