What is Studio Hüman?
Studio Hüman provides therapy for individuals, families, couples, and relationships of all kinds.
It is a soft place to land - where you can feel seen, heard, and understood.

ie. the art (and science) of being human

a place for the study of being human
studio + human
Therapy at Studio Hüman is an invitation to explore (study) what it truly means to be human in this moment, and how to live in alignment with our most authentic selves (cats make it look easy).
It means tuning in to what is happening internally, and connecting with the wisdom already inside of us. At Studio Hüman, we learn to notice, accept, and work with this information rather than resist it.
Healing doesn’t have to feel like hard work; just as our bodies naturally mend, our psyche also guides us toward healing. Often, the key is getting out of our own way—and out of our heads.
How it works

1. Book a free consult
Want to see if therapy at Studio Hüman feels like a good fit? Schedule a free 20-minute online consultation.

2. Meet your therapist
Come as you are. Have your questions answered. The purpose of the consult is to determine if therapy at Studio Hüman feels like a good fit.

3. Book a Meet + Greet
If the consult feels like a good fit, book a Meet + Greet! This is an opportunity to meet your therapist in-person, see the space, and experience what therapy might look and feel like.

4. Start your journey
In your first sessions, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and strengths, creating a personalized approach that feels right for you. This is your space to be heard, understood, and supported.
