01. Where are you located? Is there parking?

The studio is located on the second floor of 91 Albert Street unit 2E. Please have a seat in the common area when you arrive and wait to be called in.

Paid street parking is available as well as nearby parking lots and parkade parking. Street parking is free after 5:30 pm.

02. Can I do therapy online?

Yes! Online therapy has grown in popularity and acceptance, especially in the wake of global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
